  1. Cromostyle.com promises to provide you with a best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact.
  2. Your order will be delivered within 4-10 days depending on the delivery location. Sometimes it may take longer than the stipulated time due to unforseen conditions including weather conditions, flight delays and etc at the courier company end.
  3. Any charges for shipping will be mentioned on the cart while placing the order.
  4. Customers can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.
  5. As of now we are selling within India. No international Shipping.
  6. Partial orders can be delivered due to unavailbility of certain items and incase of any refund for pre-paid orders of amount same will be initiated automatically and will reflect in your account in 7-10 business days.
  7. Email sent to you after the Order is Shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider.
  8. After Shipment if you face delay on order delivery Please do the following: If you have the tracking information ( reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order number and we will be happy to help you.
